RXSOL is one of the leading Phosphoric acid  Exporters, Manufacturers, Suppliers, and Producers in Vadodara, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Haldia, Kochi, Visakhapatnam, Kolkata, surat, and Mumbai India.

Phosphoric acid is easily deliquescent in the air. Heating will lose water to get pyrophosphoric acid, and further lose water to get metaphosphoric acid. Phosphoric acid is mainly used in pharmaceutical, food, fertilizer, and other industries, including as rust inhibitors, food additives, dental and orthopedics, EDIC corrosive, electrolyte, flux, dispersant, industrial corrosive, fertilizer raw material, and component household cleaning products. It can also be used as a chemical reagent. Phosphate is a nutrient for all life forms.

All three hydrogens are acidic to varying degrees and can be lost from the molecule as H+ ions (protons). When all three H+ ions are removed, the result is an orthophosphate ion PO43−, commonly called "phosphate". Removal of one or two protons gives dihydrogen phosphate ion H2PO−4 and the hydrogen phosphate ion HPO2−
4, respectively. Orthophosphoric acid also forms esters, called organophosphates.

Nitric acid (HNO3), also known as aqua fortis (Latin for "strong water") and spirit of niter, is a highly corrosive mineral acid. The pure compound is colorless, but older samples tend to acquire a yellow cast due to decomposition into oxides of nitrogen and water. Most commercially available nitric acid has a concentration of 68% in water. When the solution contains more than 86% HNO3, it is referred to as fuming nitric acid. Depending on the amount of nitrogen dioxide present, fuming nitric acid is further characterized as red fuming nitric acid at concentrations above 86%, or white fuming nitric acid at concentrations above 95%.

Nitric acid is the primary reagent used for nitration – the addition of a nitro group, typically to an organic molecule. While some resulting nitro compounds are shock- and thermally-sensitive explosives, a few are stable enough to be used in munitions and demolition, while others are still more stable and used as pigments in inks and dyes. Nitric acid is also commonly used as a strong oxidizing agent.

Use as an oxidant
The precursor to nylon, adipic acid, is produced on a large scale by oxidation of "KA oil"—a mixture of cyclohexanone and cyclohexanol—with nitric acid.

Niche uses

Metal processing

Nitric acid can be used to convert metals to oxidized forms, such as converting copper metal to cupric nitrate. It can also be used in combination with hydrochloric acid as aqua regia to dissolve noble metals such as gold (as chloroauric acid). These salts can be used to purify gold and other metals beyond 99.9% purity by processes of recrystallization and selective precipitation. Its ability to dissolve certain metals selectively or be a solvent for many metal salts makes it useful in gold parting processes.

Woodworking
In a low concentration (approximately 10%), nitric acid is often used to artificially age pine and maple. The color produced is a grey-gold very much like very old wax- or oil-finished wood (wood finishing).

Uses of Nitric Acid

It is used to produce ammonium nitrates to manufacture plastic, dye, and fertilizers
It is used in making explosives such as TNT
It is used in liquid-fueled rockets as an oxidizer
In its pure form, it is used in the removal of the wart
It is used as a chemical doping agent in electrochemistry

RXSOL is one of the leading Ethyl acetate Exporters, Manufacturers, Suppliers, and Producers in Vadodara, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Haldia, Kochi, Visakhapatnam, Kolkata, surat, and Mumbai India.

Ethyl acetate (systematically ethyl ethanoate, commonly abbreviated EtOAc, ETAC or EA) is the organic compound with the formula CH3−COO−CH2−CH3, simplified to C4H8O2. This colorless liquid has a characteristic sweet smell (similar to pear drops) and is used in glues, nail polish removers, and in the decaffeination process of tea and coffee. Ethyl acetate is the ester of ethanol and acetic acid; it is manufactured on a large scale for use as a solvent.

Ethyl acetate is used primarily as a solvent and diluent, being favored because of its low cost, low toxicity, and agreeable odor. For example, it is commonly used to clean circuit boards and in some nail varnish removers (acetone is also used). Coffee beans and tea leaves are decaffeinated with this solvent (when supercritical CO2 extraction is not possible).

It is also used in paints as an activator or hardener. Ethyl acetate is present in confectionery, perfumes, and fruits. In perfumes, it evaporates quickly, leaving only the scent of the perfume on the skin.[citation needed]

Laboratory uses

In the laboratory, mixtures containing ethyl acetate are commonly used in column chromatography and extractions. Ethyl acetate is rarely selected as a reaction solvent because it is prone to hydrolysis, transesterification, and condensations.

Occurrence in wines

Ethyl acetate is the most common ester in wine, being the product of the most common volatile organic acid – acetic acid, and the ethyl alcohol generated during the fermentation. The aroma of ethyl acetate is most vivid in younger wines and contributes towards the general perception of "fruitiness" in the wine. Sensitivity varies, with most people having a perception threshold around 120 mg/L. Excessive amounts of ethyl acetate are considered a wine fault.

Usage

Acetate is a non-polar to weak polar aprotic solvent which have some solubility portion in water. Its miscibility with water gets higher at elevated  temperature. Higher acetates have a low solubility in water and used as extraction solvents for fine  chemicals particularly for certain antibiotics. Organic acetates are  good solvents for a broad range of resins as they are miscible with  almost all common organic liquids. Due to their powerful solvency, high  volatility and mild odor, acetates are widely used as solvents for  paints, coatings, adhesives, cellulose, plastics, fats, wood stains. Additionally ether acetates series are also widely used as solvent.

Application :

1. As an industrial solvent, used in coatings, adhesives, ethyl cellulose, artificial leather, linoleum colorants, artificial fibers and other products;

2. Used as adhesive for printing ink and artificial pearl production;

3. As an extractant, used in the production of medicine, organic acid and other products;

4. As the raw material of spices, it is used as the main raw material of fruit flavors such as pineapple, banana, strawberry and spices such as whiskey and cream.

RXSOL is one of the leading Silica gel Exporters, Manufacturers, Suppliers, and Producers in Vadodara, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Haldia, Kochi, Visakhapatnam, Kolkata, surat, and Mumbai India.

Silica gel is an amorphous and porous form of silicon dioxide (silica), consisting of an irregular tridimensional framework of alternating silicon and oxygen atoms with nanometer-scale voids and pores. The voids may contain water or some other liquids or may be filled by gas or vacuum. In the last case, the material is properly called silica xerogel.

Silica xerogel with an average pore size of 2.4 nanometers has a strong affinity for water molecules and is widely used as a desiccant. It is hard and translucent, but considerably softer than massive silica glass or quartz, and remains hard when saturated with water.

Silica xerogel is usually commercialized as coarse granules or beads, a few millimeters in diameter. Some grains may contain small amounts of indicator substance that change color when they have absorbed some water. Small paper envelopes containing silica xerogel pellets, usually with a "do not eat" warning, are often included in dry food packages to absorb any humidity that might cause spoilage of the food.

'Wet' silica gel, as may be freshly prepared from alkali silicate solutions, may vary in consistency from a soft transparent gel, similar to gelatin or agar, to a hard solid, namely a water-logged xerogel. It is sometimes used in laboratory processes, for example, to suppress convection in liquids or prevent the settling of suspended particles.

Type A – clear pellets, approximate pore diameter: 2.5 nm, drying, and moistureproof properties, can be used as catalyst carriers, adsorbents, separators, and variable-pressure adsorbents.

Type B – translucent white pellets, pore diameter: 4.5–7.0 nm, liquid adsorbents, drier and perfume carriers, also may be used as catalyst carriers, cat litter.

Type C – translucent, micro-pored structure, raw material for the preparation of silica gel cat litter. Additionally dried and screened, it forms macro-pored silica gel which is used as a drier, adsorbent, and catalyst carrier.

Silica alumina gel - light yellow, chemically stable, flame-resistant, insoluble except in alkali or hydrofluoric acid. Superficial polarity, thermal stability, performance greater than fine-pored silica gel.

Stabilizing silica gel - non-crystalline micro-porous solid powder, nontoxic, flame-resisting, used in the brewery of grains for beer to improve taste, clearness, color, and foam and for removal of non-micro-organism impurities.

Blue silica gel cobalt-free is color-changing silica gel and blue silica gel, not content Cobalt.it has the appearance of blue or light blue glass-like particles, according to the shape of the particles It can be divided into spherical ones and granular ones. Meanwhile, It has the property of turning rose-red from blue after absorption.

Usage:

1. Mainly used for moisture absorption and rustproofing when instruments and equipment are placed in obturation conditions, at the same time, according to their own color turning red from blue after the moisture absorption it can indicate ambient humidity directly.

2. It being used with ordinary silica gel desiccant, we can get the desiccant moisture level and judge the relative ambient humidity.
3. Desiccant silica gel is used for packaging, it is widely used in precision instruments, leather, shoes, clothing, food, medicine, and household appliances, etc.

Main purpose: electronic moisture-proof, color indicator

1. It is mainly used for moisture absorption and rust prevention of instruments, meters, equipment, etc. under closed conditions, and at the same time, it can intuitively indicate the relative humidity of the environment by changing its color from blue to red after absorbing moisture.

2. Used in conjunction with ordinary silica gel desiccant to indicate the degree of moisture absorption of the desiccant and determine the relative humidity of the environment.

3. As a silica gel desiccant for packaging, it is widely used in precision instruments, leather, shoes, clothing, household appliances, etc.

Sodium molybdate, Na2MoO4, is useful as a source of molybdenum. This white, crystalline salt is often found as the dihydrate, Na2MoO4·2H2O. The molybdate(VI) anion is tetrahedral. Two sodium cations coordinate with every one anion.

Application

Used in the measurement of acid and alkali, raw material for the production of fire retardant. It can also be used in circulating cooling systems, metalworking liquid, and other fields as corrosion in. And also can use for fertilizer.

Sodium molybdate can be used in the making of alkaloids, reagents, dye, molybdenum red pigment, molybdenum, the material of fire retardant, and its catalyst can be used as an inhibitor.

Applications: used as a catalyst for the petrochemical industry, in the metallurgic industry, it is used for making molybdenum powder, molybdenum bar, molybdenum wire, and molybdenum plate, it can also be used for the microelement of the fertilizer and ceramic pigment making and metal surface treatment, raw materials for pigment and other molybdenum products.

Uses

The agriculture industry uses 1 million pounds per year as a fertilizer. In particular, its use has been suggested for the treatment of whiptail in broccoli and cauliflower in molybdenum-deficient soils. However, care must be taken because a level of 0.3 ppm sodium molybdate can cause copper deficiencies in animals, particularly cattle.

It is used in industry for corrosion inhibition, as it is a non-oxidizing anodic inhibitor. The addition of sodium molybdate significantly reduces the nitrite requirement of fluids inhibited with nitrite-amine and improves the corrosion protection of carboxylate salt fluids. In industrial water treatment applications where galvanic corrosion is a potential due to bimetallic construction, the application of sodium molybdate is preferred over sodium nitrite. Sodium molybdate has the advantage in that the dosing of lower ppm's of molybdate allows for lower conductivity of the circulating water.

Sodium molybdate at levels of 50-100 ppm offers the same levels of corrosion inhibition as sodium nitrite at levels of 800+ ppm. By utilizing lower concentrations of sodium molybdate, conductivity is kept at a minimum and thus galvanic corrosion potentials are decreased.
