What the service is
Private labelling lets a ship chandler, distributor, facility-management company or regional chemical trader sell RXSOL-manufactured products under its own name. We fill, label and pack the product with your company name, logo, contact details and — where required — your own delivery paperwork, and ship it to the site you choose. The formulation, specification and MSDS are the same as the RXSOL-branded item; only the identity on the pack changes.
What can be labelled
Any catalogue product that we manufacture: tank and hold cleaners, degreasers, descalers, rust removers, boiler and cooling-water treatments, RO chemicals, fuel additives, floor and housekeeping cleaners, hand cleaners and sanitisers. Sourced raw and laboratory chemicals can be repacked under your label where the grade and regulations allow — ask when enquiring.
How it works
- Choose products and pack sizes from /products-all (5, 10, 25, 30 or 210 litres; powders by kg).
- Send your artwork: a high-resolution logo (300 dpi or better; JPEG or EPS preferred) and the text you want on the label. We will advise if the file is not print-ready.
- Pick a label style: single-colour standard labels, or glossy waterproof full-colour labels for deck and engine-room use.
- Approve the proof. We print, fill, apply batch numbers and ship. No minimum quantity — whether you need 1 drum or 100.
Commercial terms
Private labelling is offered to members of the RXSOL membership plan (a nominal, refundable deposit with tiered discounts) → /membership-plan. Members can also deliver RXSOL materials to vessels on our behalf and are given a login to the partner area.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum order for private-label products?
No. We will label a single pack; larger runs reduce the per-unit label cost.
Will the MSDS carry my company name?
The safety data sheet is issued for the formulation; it can be issued with your company as the supplier of record and RXSOL as the manufacturer.
Can I use my own label design?
Yes. Send print-ready artwork; we match the label size to the pack. We can also adapt the RXSOL label template to your branding.
Which regions can you ship private-label stock to?
Anywhere we deliver — Indian ports, the UAE via Fujairah, Oman, Kenya and export by sea or air.
Can the delivery note and invoice show my company?
Delivery paperwork can be issued in your name for drop-shipment to your customer; invoicing is to you as the buyer.
