Biosperse biocide for control of bacteria, fungi and algae in industrial water systems such as recirculating water systems, pasteurizers, air washer systems, membrane separation systems, coatings, emulsion polymers and adhesives. Biosperse 250 provides long lasting killing effects and is recommended in systems with a pH between 6-9,5. Biosperse 250 is easily detoxified so it can be applied even in environmentally sensitive areas.
Features
Is a broad-spectrum biocide, which very effectively controls spore and non-spore forming bacteria, SRB’s, Fe-bacteria, algae and fungi. Provides a long lasting killing effect, which enables less frequent biocide additions.

Feeding
The quantity of Biosperse required for any given application will depend on such factors as the type and volume of the system, the extent of microbiological contamination and the degree of control required. Biosperse 250 may be fed directly from the drum or diluted with water and fed by any suitable chemical feed system. Biosperse should be dosed directly into the sump or basin or any location where good distribution can be assured.
Handling Precautions
Wear suitable protective gloves and safety goggles. In case of contact immediately flush with water. After eye contact seek medical advice. If swallowed, drink large quantities of milk, egg whites or a gelatine solution. If these are not available, drink large quantities of water. Do not induce vomiting. Seek medical advice immediately. Small spills can be flushed with water. Large spills should be collected for disposal. Use Biosperse safely. Always read label and product information (M.S.D.S.) before use.
Packaging
This product is available in a variety of packaging sizes.

Very effective cleaner that is clear, yellowish green with anti fungal properties. Its a dispersing cleaner for the control of fouling smell by marine growth such as algae, shellfish, mussels, barnacles, micro-organisms and fungal growth in the sea water. Also effective in cleaning sides of cooling.

Another very important reason for using RXSOL-40-4008-027 Biocides in cooling towers is to prevent the growth of Legionella, including species that cause legionellosis or Legionnaires' disease, most notably L. pneumophila, or Mycobacterium avium. The various Legionella species are the cause of Legionnaires' disease in humans and transmission is via exposure to aerosols—the inhalation of mist droplets containing the bacteria. Common sources of Legionella include cooling towers used in open recirculating evaporative cooling water systems, domestic hot water systems, fountains, and similar disseminators that tap into a public water supply.
RXSOL-40-4008-027 biocides function in eradication of sulfate reducing bacteria, aerobic and anaerobic bacteria that are formed and found in Cooling Tower Water.Micro Biocides are very vital for Closed and Open Circuit Cooling Water Treatment.
TCF (Totally Chlorine Free) micro biocides are compatible with heat transfer fluids (HTF) and can be used without any fear of corrosion of chlorine addition to the system or depletion or degradation of HTF and corrosion of PHE (plate type heat exchangers)

The disadvantages of not treating the closed circuit water can be equally troubling for the system operator:-
1. Leakage in PHE and AHU due to corrosion
2. Plugging and clogging of tubes and reduced flow rate
3. REduced heat transfer
4. Need of regular descalling that incurs shutdowns, loss of labor and time
5. Fouling of brine of chiller water
Chemical tratment removes dissolved oxygen that cause oxidation of metal to metal oxide i.e., Iron + Oxygen = Iron Oxide (Rust)
The chemical also contains a specific inhibitor to protect copper from corrosion and removes/prevents any sort of scale formation in the system.
