The hardened concrete is saturated with Back-Set, either with a brush or by spraying. After 15-20 minutes, the area is again saturated with the chemical. Remarks:

Undiluted : In cases where we deal with heavy deposit build–up, CEMENT REMOVER must be applied undiluted.
Diluted : In cases of light deposition, on large surface areas, a solution between 10–40% may be used.

METHOD ::: 
1.For heavy deposition and thick layers  of cement, a concentrated and  stronger cleaner will be necessary to cut through the layers of cement.
2.Use a scraper, metal scrubber or flat head screwdriver to remove as much of the cement as possible.
3.For the remaining cement, apply this chemical 
4.Once the cement loosens, scrub the area with a scrubber until it is all removed from the surface.
5.Rinse the area well with clean water.
6.Clean the area with alkaline soap and water 
7.Flush system completely.

Directions for Use

In general  Dilute 1 part 
Iron Ore Red Dust Cleaner with 4 parts water and spray  onto the surface being cleaned, And allow Iron Ore Red Dust for 20 to 40 Minutes to penetrate. 


And For Hard Deposits Vigorously agitate the on the surface being cleaned with a stiff bristled brush or broom. And allow Iron Ore Red Dust for 20 to 40 Minutes to penetrate. Again, vigorously agitate the surface. The iron ore will begin to break up and be released from the substrate.

Stubborn areas may need to be again saturated and left for a further 10 minutes before vigorously agitating.

Rinse the surface with a high pressure washer or hose until all dissolved concrete and 
Iron Ore Red Dust Cleaner has been removed from the surface being cleaned.
