RXSOL is one of the leading Hexane Exporters, Manufacturers, Suppliers, and Producers in Vadodara, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Haldia, Kochi, Visakhapatnam, Kolkata, surat, and Mumbai India.

Hexane is an organic compound, a straight-chain alkane with six carbon atoms, and has the molecular formula C6H14. Hexane is a significant constituent of gasoline. It is a colorless liquid, odorless when pure, and with boiling points of approximately 69 °C (156 °F). It is widely used as a cheap, relatively safe, largely unreactive, and easily evaporated non-polar solvent.

Hexane is an organic compound with a molecular formula of C6H14. It belongs to linear saturated aliphatic hydrocarbons. It is obtained from crude oil cracking and fractionation. It is a colorless liquid with a faint special odor. It is volatile, almost insoluble in water, and easily soluble in chloroform, ether, and ethanol. Mainly used as a solvent, such as vegetable oil extraction solvent, propylene polymerization solvent, rubber and paint solvent, pigment diluent. It is used for the extraction of various edible oils such as soybeans, rice bran, cottonseeds, and oils in spices. In addition, the isomerization of n-hexane is one of the important processes for producing high-octane gasoline blending component

The term hexanes refer to a mixture, composed largely (>60%) of hexane, with varying amounts of the isomeric compounds 2-methyl pentane and 3-methyl pentane, and, possibly, smaller amounts of nonisomeric C5, C6, and C7 (cyclo)alkanes. Hexanes are cheaper than hexane and are often used in large-scale operations not requiring a single isomer (e.g., as cleaning solvent or for chromatography).

Uses
In industry, hexanes are used in the formulation of glues for shoes, leather products, and roofing. They are also used to extract cooking oils (such as canola oil or soy oil) from seeds, for cleansing and degreasing a variety of items, and in textile manufacturing. They are commonly used in food-based soybean oil extraction in the United States, and are potentially present as contaminants in all soy food products in which the technique is used; the lack of regulation by the FDA of this contaminant is a matter of some controversy.

A typical laboratory use of hexanes is to extract oil and grease contaminants from water and soil for analysis. Since hexane cannot be easily deprotonated, it is used in the laboratory for reactions that involve very strong bases, such as the preparation of organolithiums. For example, butyllithiums are typically supplied as a hexane solution.

Hexanes are commonly used in chromatography as a non-polar solvent. Higher alkanes present as impurities in hexanes have similar retention times as the solvent, meaning that fractions containing hexane will also contain these impurities. In preparative chromatography, the concentration of a large volume of hexanes can result in a sample that is appreciably contaminated by alkanes. This may result in a solid compound being obtained as an oil and the alkanes may interfere with the analysis.

Used in solvents, extraction, organic synthesis, cleaning in the electronics industry, as an extractant in the pharmaceutical industry, and also as an extractant for edible vegetable oils
Mainly used as a solvent, such as vegetable oil extraction solvent, propylene polymerization solvent, rubber and paint solvent, pigment diluent. It is used for the extraction of various edible oils such as soybeans, rice bran, cottonseeds, and other spices. In addition, it is also a high-octane fuel.

Determination of moisture in methanol. UV spectrum analysis. Pesticide residue analysis. High-performance liquid chromatography. Gas chromatographic analysis standard. Biochemical research, protein sequence analysis. Determine the refractive index of minerals. Organic Synthesis. Replace mercury in thermometers.
Used as analytical reagent and solvent.

Heptane or n-heptane is the straight-chain alkane with the chemical formula H3C(CH2)5CH3 or C7H16 and is one of the main components of gasoline (petrol). When used as a test fuel component in anti-knock test engines, a 100% heptane fuel is the zero point of the octane rating scale (the 100 point is 100% iso-octane). Octane number equates to the anti-knock qualities of a comparison mixture of heptane and isooctane which is expressed as the percentage of isooctane in heptane and is listed on pumps for gasoline (petrol) dispensed globally.

Product Name:    Heptane
CAS No:    142/82/5
Molecular Formular:    C7H16
Molecular Weight:    100.2

Heptane (and its many isomers) is widely used in laboratories as a non-polar solvent. As a liquid, it is ideal for transport and storage. In the grease spot test, heptane is used to dissolve an oil spot to show the previous presence of organic compounds on a stained paper. This is done by shaking the stained paper in a heptane solution for about half a minute.

Aqueous bromine may be distinguished from aqueous iodine by its appearance after extraction into heptane. In water, both bromine and iodine appear brown. However, iodine turns purple when dissolved in heptane, whereas the bromine solution remains brown.

Heptane is commercially available as mixed isomers for use in paints and coatings, as the rubber cement solvent "Bestine", the outdoor stove fuel "Powerful" by Primus, as pure n-heptane for research and development and pharmaceutical manufacturing and as a minor component of gasoline.

Uses
DEA is used as a surfactant and a corrosion inhibitor. It is used to remove hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide from natural gas.

Diethanolamine is widely used in the preparation of diethanolamine and diethanolamine salts of long-chain fatty acids that are formulated into soaps and surfactants used in liquid laundry and dishwashing detergents, cosmetics, shampoos, and hair conditioners. In oil refineries, a DEA in water solution is commonly used to remove hydrogen sulfide from sour gas. It has an advantage over a similar amine, ethanolamine, in that a higher concentration may be used for the same corrosion potential. This allows refiners to scrub hydrogen sulfide at a lower circulating amine rate with less overall energy usage.

Application

Diethanolamine is mainly used as an acid gas absorbent, non-ionic surfactant, emulsifier, polishing agent, industrial gas purifier, and lubricant. Used as a thickening agent and foam improver in shampoos and light detergents. It is used as a softener in synthetic fiber and leather production.

SODIUM CITRATE FOR FOOD ADDITIVES

1. Products introduction:
1) Application:

Food

Sodium citrate is mainly used as a food additive with the largest demand. It can also be used as a seasoning agent, swelling agent, stabilizer, preservative, buffer, emulsifier, etc; In addition, sodium citrate and citric acid can also be used as a flavoring agent, gelling agent, and nutritional supplement for various cakes, cold drinks, fruit juices, beverages, cold drinks, dairy products and jam

Medicine

In 1914, sodium citrate was developed as a long-acting anticoagulant, so that blood can be preserved for a longer time. In 1915, at the Martha Sinai Mountain hospital in New York, Richard Levinson demonstrated that the use of sodium citrate as an anticoagulant would transform the current blood transfusion operation that blood transfusion and blood donors must be at the same time and place into the blood bank system we use today, Sodium citrate also has antiseptic effect and is used to preserve some drugs.

Construction industry

In the construction industry, sodium citrate can be added as a retarder when making concrete, which can improve the frost resistance, compression and tensile properties of cement products; Under the increasingly serious social conditions of environmental problems, the sulfur dioxide in the exhaust flue gas of some smelters seriously exceeds the standard. Some studies show that using the characteristics of sodium citrate to remove sulfide from industrial tail gas has an obvious effect.
