The hardened concrete is saturated with Back-Set, either with a brush or by spraying. After 15-20 minutes, the area is again saturated with the chemical. Undiluted : In cases where we deal with heavy deposit build–up, CEMENT REMOVER must be applied undiluted.
Diluted : In cases of light deposition, on large surface areas, a solution between 10–40% may be used.
METHOD :::
1.For heavy deposition and thick layers of cement, a concentrated and stronger cleaner will be necessary to cut through the layers of cement.
2.Use a scraper, metal scrubber or flat head screwdriver to remove as much of the cement as possible.
3.For the remaining cement, apply this chemical
4.Once the cement loosens, scrub the area with a scrubber until it is all removed from the surface.
5.Rinse the area well with clean water.
6.Clean the area with alkaline soap and water
7.Flush system completely.
