Frequently asked questions
The product is not performing as expected. What should I send you?
Product name and part number, batch number from the label, dilution used, contact time, temperature, surface or system, and photos if possible.
Can I get a dosing plan for my boiler or cooling system?
Yes. Send water analysis (hardness, alkalinity, chlorides, pH), system volume and operating temperature.
Do you give on-site support?
At Indian ports and in Fujairah our branch staff can attend for hold cleaning, tank cleaning or commissioning jobs.
