Buffer Cleaner
Oman Chemical is leading one Largest Supplier, Manufacture a
Advanced chemical formulation with a wetting agent and penetrating action formulation...
Uses and Benefit A surfactant (Surface-Active Agent).
Advantages:
1. Very effective as a bactericide.
2. It will form gels, emulsify oil and lower the surface tension of water. A lower surface tension allows the soap to come in contact with the greater surface area than with water alone.
Why it is better than ordinary Liquid Soap?
Disadvantages of ordinary soap:::
1. When used in hard water, soap can produce a scum - calcium and magnesium salts present in hard water react with the soap to cause this to happen. Soapless or synthetic detergents do not leave a residual film behind.
2. Considerable rinsing is required to remove soap scum.
3. Soap may produce a greasy build-up on the surface which can be slippery.
4. More expensive than synthetic detergents.

Chemicals Properties | ||
Evaporation result | % | Anhydrous Trisodium Phosphate (TSP) 10-20% |
TSP is a strong base and can cause severe eye damage and can burn unprotected skin.
Wear suitable clothing and eye protection. Keep away from skin and out of gloves.
Any foliage near where TSP is to be used should be soaked with plain water prior to the application of TSP, and rinsed down afterward. Be sure to read and follow all warnings on the product's packaging.
TSP is a very strong cleaner at the dilutions normally used, which vary from 1/2 cup TSP to 2 gal. warm water for "heavy duty cleaning" to 1 cup TSP to 3 quarts warm water for "ridiculously heavy duty cleaning" (source The Savogran Company). For mildew killing, household bleach is added to the TSP/water mixture. The recommended ratio is 1 part household bleach to 4 parts water.
Benzotriazole 14-15%
This product also contails Benzotriazole , which is very effective effective corrosion inhibitor for copper and its alloys by preventing undesirable surface reactions. It is known that a passive layer, consisting of a complex between copper and benzotriazole, is formed when copper is immersed in a solution containing benzotriazole. The passive layer is insoluble in aqueous and many organic solutions. There is a positive correlation between the thickness of the passive layer and the efficiency of preventing corrosion. The exact structure of the copper-BTA complex is controversial and many proposals have been suggested.
AREAS OF APPLICATION :
•Automobile.
•Heavy Equipment.
•Generators, Marine Engines.
•Ship or Rig Equipment.
It is effective against liner pitting and cavitation erosion. It prevents over heating of engine and thus reducing chances of shut down. It is non-harmful to radiator or heater connecting hoses, diesel liner seals and ‘O’ rings.
Engine Radiator Corrosion protection is achieved by the film-forming ability of the corrosion inhibitor and scale suppressant to keep engines clean and free from scale, and reduce downtime and maintenance costs.
The product protects cooling systems against corrosion, liner pitting, cavitation-erosion, mineral scale deposits and electrolysis
Heavy-Duty Emulsifying Degreaser for Sludge, Tar & Oily Residues
Oil Sludge Cleaner is a high-performance cleaning solution formulated to break down and remove heavy oil deposits, sludge, tar, waxy residues, and hydrocarbon buildup from tanks, pipelines, bilges, engine rooms, and cargo areas. It is designed to emulsify thick oily contaminants, allowing for easy flushing and cleaning with water.
Powerful Degreasing Action: Penetrates and dissolves tough sludge, crude oil, and heavy fuel residues.
Emulsifies Oil and Sludge: Converts sticky hydrocarbons into pumpable liquid form for easy removal.
Marine and Industrial Use: Ideal for use in ships, refineries, oil storage tanks, engine compartments, and machinery cleaning.
Water Rinsable: Forms stable emulsions that can be easily flushed out with hot or cold water.
Non-Flammable Formula: Enhances safety during onboard use or confined tank applications.
Versatile Application: Suitable for spray, circulation, and manual cleaning methods.
Crude oil & fuel oil tank cleaning
Bilge & engine room degreasing
Sludge removal from separators & settling tanks
Pipework and heat exchanger cleaning
Offshore rig & terminal maintenance
Dilute as per cleaning requirements (commonly 5–25% in water or neat use for heavy deposits).
Allow to soak and emulsify sludge before flushing.
Always follow safety guidelines and use appropriate PPE.
