FLOCCULATOR RXSOL-40-9103-010 HMW is a high-performance cationic flocculant with high molecular weight, manufactured by RXSOL. It is designed to condition solids for dewatering operations and to support water clarification processes across a wide range of industries. The product delivers excellent performance in liquid–solid separation under varying operating conditions.

Primary cationic Flocculant Sewage Treatment RXSOL FLOC HMW is suitable for most liquid–solid separation processes and is particularly recommended for:

  • Belt filter, centrifuge, and screw press dewatering

  • Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) systems

  • Filtration processes

  • Thickening operations

  • Water clarification

Product Dose:

Product Addition / Preparation

  • Stock solutions can be prepared up to a 0.5% concentration, either using an automated make-up unit or by batch preparation.

  • Prepared solutions should be aged for 30–60 minutes to achieve maximum performance.

  • Use high-quality make-up water for solution preparation.

  • Prior to dosing, the stock solution should be further diluted with secondary water at a ratio of up to 10:1.

  • Centrifugal pumps should be avoided for polymer transfer to prevent shear degradation.

Handling and Storage

  • Solutions are no more corrosive than water.

  • Recommended construction materials: stainless steel, fiberglass, plastic, glass, or epoxy-lined vessels.

  • Avoid contact with iron, copper, or aluminum.

  • Shelf life: 24 months when stored unopened in a dry environment at temperatures not exceeding 40°C (104°F).

  • Spilled polymer is extremely slippery and should be absorbed with inert material before washing the area thoroughly with water.
