RXSOL PIPE FREEING AGENT is a specially formulated high-performance lubricating and penetrating fluid developed to release stuck drill pipes, tubing, casing, and downhole tools caused by differential sticking, key seating, wall sticking, or mechanical binding during drilling and oilfield operations.
The product is a carefully balanced blend of penetrating agents, lubricity enhancers, dispersants, wetting agents, and hydrocarbon-compatible additives designed to rapidly penetrate between the pipe and filter cake formation, reducing sticking forces and enabling efficient pipe release.
RXSOL PIPE FREEING AGENT exhibits excellent diesel miscibility and water dispersibility, allowing versatile field application in both oil-based and water-based drilling systems.
The formulation maintains high thermal stability and excellent lubricating characteristics under elevated downhole temperatures and pressure conditions.
