RXSOL-16-3006-025: It removes oil, removes rust and conditions the surface favorable to the adhesion of paint. It does all these three functions simultaneously. It can be used very effectively on all metals, non-metals, alloys, castings, polymers, plastics, rubber parts, polyester screens nylons, including various components, parts and assemblies of the Textile, Engineering and Automobile Industry. It is a versatile general purpose cleaner. It is very safe to use on all metals& Non-metals.
 
RXSOL-16-3006-210: It is an alkaline liquid chemical consisting of surfactants, dispersants and corrosion inhibitors. It is widely used for removal of soils, oils, cutting fluids, stamping, buffing and drawing compounds from ferrous as well as non-ferrous metal surfaces. Vibrosol-210 is easily soluble in water at all proportions and is very safe to use as it does not contain any chlorinated solvents, phenols, chromate, nitrites or cresols.
 
RXSOL-16-3006-025: It is versatile solution used for MS and SS. It is very useful in preventing rusting of components after cleaning. Where there is a carbon compound, It is not advisable.
 
RXSOL-16-3006-210: It is versatile, highly alkaline and water solvable solution used mainly for Mild Steel and Stainless Steel. It is specially used for removing the carbon, oil etc. using dipping method.
 
RXSOL-16-3006-025: It is versatile solution specially used for Brass and copper.
 
RXSOL-16-3006-025: It is a versatile, neutral concentrated chemical cleaner ever offered for diverse types of industrial and marine cleaning. To be used diluted upto 5 parts with water according to the amount of soil to be removed.
 
RXSOL-16-3006-025: It is an aqueous inhibited acidic mixture, soluble in varying proportions with water. It is a very effective degreaser cum deruster for iron & steel surfaces at room temperature. It has very good penetrating power to disintegrate and dissolve, machine oils, light greases, lubricants as well as rust or scales; either by dipping process or by swabbing.

APPLICATION METHODS:

Low pressure, acid resistant tank sprayers are recommended.
Regardless of application method, avoid inhalation of mist or contact of liquid or mist with skin.

SUGGESTED INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

  •  When handling RXSOL-37-1697-220 or any other strong chemical, be sure to wear chemical imperviousgloves,apron and splash goggles.
     
  • Determine required dilution ratio for the specific application. It is recommended to start with a dilution ratio of 10:1 and increase concentration until the desired results are achieved.
     
  • As with mixing all acids, place the desired amount of water into the tank and then add RXSOL-37-1697-220.
     
  •   Turn off fans and allow hot coils to cool before applying.
     
  • Using plain water, wet both the condenser coil as well as the area surrounding the equipment. Wetting the coil with water aids in product penetration and performance.
     
  • Apply the properly diluted product to the coil surface. Whenever possible, apply solution from the outlet side of the coil. Allow product to remain on surface, normally 5-10 minutes. Do not allow product to dry on the coil. Note: In extreme cases, application may have to be repeated to achieve desired results.
  • If foaming does not occur, check for extreme grease buildup which will slow cleaning process. Foaming may not occur if coil is coated or painted.
     
  •   Rinse coils, tools and surrounding area thoroughly after completing the coil cleaning process

Product Short Description: RXSOL Odor Eliminator was developed to absorb for the strong acid odours, mainly Hydrogen Sulphide, Methyl Mercaptan and other gases, associated with sewage and fatty wastes.
Product Technical Specification:

RXSOL Odor Eliminator is different to nearly all other odour neutralisers or masking agents. The difference lies in the product makeup: nearly every product in the market is a blend of essential oils or plant extracts combined with a standard surfactant while RXSOL Odor Eliminator is made of food and cosmetic grade compounds and contain only 1% essential oils or plant extracts (by total volume of concentrate). Basic chemistry proves all essential oil and plant extract based products cannot truly neutralise odours; they can only mask them or encapsulate them for a period before releasing them again. Essential oils and plant extracts cannot bind to, and react with, a compound such as H2S and change the structure of that volatile compound into a non-volatile compound.

It is worth explaining, that, unlike masking agents,RXSOL Odor Eliminator does not blow away in the wind. Being positively charged, it will seek out target molecules and bond to them resulting in a chemical reaction forming a non-volitile organic salt. If a RXSOL Odor Eliminator molecule does not find a target, it will attach itself to a negatively charged surface and wait for an odorous molecule. As with all gases, the odorous molecules are constantly moving and, given time, will come into contact with a  RXSOL Odor Eliminator molecule and be destroyed.

Fogging System:

Fogging systems spraying RXSOL Odor Eliminator  are used when odour is from open-air sources.RXSOL Odor Eliminator is sprayed on an interval basis depending on odour type and strength. An example of this is running the system for 30 seconds ON and 2 minutes OFF.

Vapour Phase Systems :

Vapour phase systems delivering  RXSOL Odor Eliminator is used when odour is from ducted, or confined, air sources. This type of application is designed to inject the vapour into a continuous flow air stream that is part of an exhaust or extraction process. These types of systems are delivering vapour into the air stream continuously. Some examples of these types of problems are:
 

  • Manufacturing Process Exhaust Airflow
  • Sewage Plant Air Extraction
  • Sewage Pumping Stations
  • ANY air emissions vented to atmosphere


Direct Dosing:

RXSOL Odor Eliminator  is exceptionally effective in capturing its target in a liquid solution. Liquid solutions only produce odours when they reach a point where cavitation occurs, say at the end of the pipe or weir. Odour is produced as a result of the reduction in water pressure and the odorous gases are stripped out of solution.

This method of application is ideal for waste treatment plants, animal and fish processing plants, and pig and chicken farms, which have wash down systems where waste water is collected and stored in a settlement pond system or holding tanks.

RXSOL Odor Eliminator  molecules will attach to the odorous compounds to remove toxins from the water and, over about seven days, will spread through the whole anaerobic/facultative/aerobic pond system to remove odours. This action chemically bonds (valency bond) to the odorous compound to form a non-toxic, non-odorous organic salt. Bacteria will then break down this salt. As a result, there is no increase in BOD, and no regeneration of foul odours.

RXSOL Odor Eliminator can best be thought of as a detoxifying catalyst that beneficially affects the pond ecology. It is extremely powerful.

RXSOL Odor Eliminator , which is not required to destroy toxic odorous compounds, will continue in the stream and neutralise any air that is stripped from the stream due to water turbulence at the treatment station or ponds.

•    Containers containing this material may be hazardous when empty since they retain product residues (dust, solids); observe all warnings and precautions listed for the product.

•    Ensure as low exposure as possible. Local exhaust ventilation is generally preferred as it can control the emissions of the contaminant at its source, preventing dispersion of it into the general work area.
