Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if the order has not been processed or dispatched.

After Dispatch:
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. You may still be eligible for a return or refund, depending on the conditions listed below.
Returns & Replacements
Returns are only accepted if the product:

Is damaged, incorrect, expired, or does not match the invoice.

Is reported within 3 days of delivery.

Is unused and unopened, in its original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us with a description of the issue and include photographs if applicable.
Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after return approval.

The original payment method will be used for the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

For bulk or industrial orders, partial refunds or credits may be issued after inspection.
Custom Orders
Products that are custom-blended, manufactured on-demand, or made-to-order are non-refundable and non-returnable, due to their specialized nature.
International Orders
Refunds and returns for international shipments are subject to local laws.
Return shipping and customs fees must be covered by the buyer unless the error is on our side.
