HEAVY SOIL: Use compound diluted 1 part Solv-X-7 to 4 parts petroleum distillate. Spray on to surface and allow to soak 10-15 minutes. Flush off with water under pressure. Brushing helpfull if soil is very heavy. LIGHT SOIL: Use compound diluted up to 1 part with 10 parts kerosene. Spray on the surface, and allow to soak 10-15 minutes. Flush off with water under pressure.
CAUTION: HARMFUL OR FATAL IF SWALLOWED Contains petroleum distillates. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Call physician immediately. Avoid contact with eyes or skin. Combustible. Do not use or store near or open flame. Keep container closed when not in use. Rinse empty container before discarding. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN!

Land Fill Areas: Dilute 4 parts RXSOL-10-1729 with 100 parts water for treating land fill areas. Apply by spray at the rate of 50 gallons to each 1,000 square feet to adequately cover obnoxious odors.
Refuse Trucks and Containers: Use as is and spray on containers or trucks to remove heavy grease & fatty deposits. Pleasant fragrance masks odors while cleans and degreases.
Grease Traps and Sumps:For controlling sour odors from grease traps and sumps pour directly in grease trap and let the emulsifying action dissolve the grease and sludge and control odors. Use 1 pint RXSOL-10-1729 per grease trap every 2 weeks for preventive maintenance.
Other Purposes: Mix 1 part RXSOL-10-1729 with 4 to 25 parts for Spray application, depending on the severity of odors and grease to be controlled.

Sampling And Testing
A sample of boiler water should be drawn for analysis daily. The sample should always be taken from the same point after blow down, cooled and tested immediately. Fill the Boiler Water Log Form according to result. It is important that regular testing is carried out to ensure levels of treatment are correct.

Phosphate/pH relationship recommended to control boiler corrosion. Different forms of phosphate consume or add caustic as the phosphate shifts to the proper form. For example, addition of monosodium phosphate consumes caustic as it reacts with caustic to form disodium phosphate in the boiler water according to the following reaction:
| NaH2PO4 | + | NaOH | -> | Na2HPO4 | + | H2O |
| monosodium phosphate | sodium hydroxide | disodium phosphate | water |
Conversely, addition of trisodium phosphate adds caustic, increasing boiler water pH:
| Na3PO4 | + | H2O | -> | Na2HPO4 | + | NaOH |
| trisodium phosphate | water | disodium phosphate |
sodium hydroxide |
