What we provide - Cleaner selection: Tankleen VO for vegetable and animal oils; Oil Sludge Cleaner Heavy VOLC or Tankleen HD for black oil; TPOL for neutral washing and before wall-wash; mutual-solvent agents for incompatible residues; Rust Stain Remover for stainless tanks; BioGuard tank biocide where biological growth is a risk. - Dose and method: injection rate into the tank-washing machine water (typically 0.5–2%), temperature, recirculation time, and the fresh-water rinse. - Verification: wall-wash kit with 0.1 N standard solutions, ferric alum indicator, sample bottles and the chloride, hydrocarbon and colour test procedure. - Slop handling: reverse demulsifier to separate oil from slops for discharge.
