RXSOL designs the treatment for the system you have: closed chilled-water or hot-water loops, diesel-engine jacket systems, open recirculating towers or once-through sea-water systems.
What we need — system volume, metals in contact (steel, copper, aluminium, galvanised), operating temperature, make-up water analysis and, for towers, cycles of concentration and bleed.
What you get — the product selection (for example CorroSOL 40 nitrite inhibitor for a closed loop, or EcoGuard polyphosphate plus alternating Biocide DBN 20 and an oxidising biocide for a tower), the initial charge in litres, the maintenance dose, the test kit (Cooling Water Test Kit RXSOL 309) and the control range (nitrite 1,000–2,400 ppm; pH 8.5–10; chlorides below 50 ppm in closed loops). For fouled systems we specify a pre-clean with FERROUSCLEAN or a descaler before the inhibitor is charged.
