Every product page carries a usage procedure, but systems differ. The technical desk — the same people who formulate the products — handles the rest.
What we answer — how much to dose for a given volume or load; whether two products can be used together; which product for a surface, residue or water analysis; how to clean a fouled system before treatment; what PPE and disposal apply.
Dosing plans — for boilers, cooling systems, RO plants, evaporators, hold and tank cleaning, we return a written plan with product, initial dose, maintenance dose, test and control range.
Performance issues — send product, batch number, dilution, contact time, temperature and photos; we check the batch record and reply with a corrected procedure or a replacement.
