Thermal and captive power plants buy chemicals in three phases: commissioning and pre-operational cleaning, steady-state water and fuel treatment, and outage cleaning. RXSOL supplies each. Commissioning: Commissioning Cleanser for boiler and pipework degreasing, Corrosion Inhibitor Pretreatment Filming Agent, Catalyzed Hydrazine Hydrate 35% for passivation and oxygen scavenging. Operation: Coagulant Clear AL for raw-water clarification, sodium thiosulphate for dechlorination, Sodium Silicate Neutral and silicate-based inhibitors, Corrosion Inhibitor for metal Rust Preventive for spares and lay-up. Outage: Thermic Fluid Decarbonizer for heat-transfer-oil systems, Alkaline Foam Cleaner for condensers and coolers, Enviro Coil Acid for fin-tube coils, RXSOL 666 Surface Clean for turbine casings and Veg Soft Soap for general degreasing.
